We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations on Safety, Health and Environmental protection for our products and in all our activities. Major hazards will be managed as detailed in the site Major Accident Prevention Policy.

We will produce effective products for our customers using the safest materials possible, continually improve process safety and provide advice for safe product use.

We will conduct our business in accordance with the Chemical Industry Association Guiding Principles of Responsible Care and will integrate SHE and Security considerations into our daily business practices.

We will do all that is reasonably practicable to identify foreseeable work hazards and eliminate them where possible. Where hazards cannot be eliminated they will be risk assessed and reduced by implementing and maintaining suitable controls.

Individuals will be encouraged to contribute and will be accountable by provision of training and matching competence with task. Good SHE performance is a basic requirement for career progression and reward.

This policy and associated arrangements will be reviewed and updated as the needs of the business change. Continual improvement of SHE performance is vital to the success and competitiveness of our business, bringing benefits of good morale, reduced losses and legal compliance.
